Co-Founder & CEO
Peter Saah is a healthcare quality operator with over a decade of experience leading HEDIS® and Medicare Stars performance across national and regional health plans.
He has worked across organizations including UnitedHealthcare, Optum, Centene, and Molina Healthcare, where he led large-scale quality operations spanning chart retrieval, clinical abstraction, and provider/member engagement.
His experience includes managing hybrid HEDIS® programs at scale and overseeing tens of thousands of medical records annually tied directly to quality performance and revenue outcomes.
This firsthand experience led to the founding of Podero Health, focused on solving the execution breakdown between identifying gaps and actually closing them.

Rainier leads technology and platform engineering at Podero Health, focused on building scalable systems that support real-world healthcare operations.
He brings experience in software engineering and system architecture, with a focus on translating complex workflows into structured, intuitive platforms.
